PDEA dismantles another drug den in Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency operatives shut down Tuesday another drug den in Pampanga with the arrest of eight persons and seizure of some 15 grams of shabu in a drug bust operation in Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City.

According to the PDEA report, the suspects were caught while having a pot session inside the drug den located at South Daang Bakal Area in Barangay Dau at around 8 PM.

They were identified as Cesar Mabalo, 41, of Barangay Tabun; Mark Pamintuan, 41, of Barangay Dau; Danilo Lariza, 58, of Barangay Atlobola; Lanie Cano, 38, of Barangay Dau; Girlie Fulay, 37 of Barangay Camacheles; Sharon Lariza, 38, of Barangay Dau; Marcos Ferrer, 55, of Barangay Dau and Alejandro Dayrit, 46, of Barangay Camachiles, all in Mabalacat City.

The arrested suspects yielded 15 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of Php 102,000, assorted drug parapherlia and the buy-bust money used by the undercover agent. 

The operation was conducted jointly by agents of PDEA Tarlac and PDEA Pampanga Provincial Offices and the local police.

The suspects are now detained at Mabalacat City District Jail after charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against them in court.
