PELCO and PRIME WATER: The Sad State

Consumers, especially in Mabalacat, ask in rage why a whole city has to suffer failing or the lack of much-needed power and water service.

While understandably the summer is the peak season for these utilities, whatever happened to previous announcements of “uprating”, “upgrading”, “improvements” where interruptions also took place?

Consumers also do not understand why a busted main line in Sta. Ines, on April 28 made the whole city suffer (as the Prime Water announcement states). Is that Sta. Ines main line the ONLY one that services the 27 barangays?

Consumers also could not grasp that a banana leaf can throw a city in darkness like what took place on March 27 this year.

Ganito na po ba talaga kalala ang estado ng mga pasilidad at pagme mintine sa serbisyong kuryente at tubig?
