SM City Clark hosted a Fire Prevention and Safety Seminar Drill as part of SM Supermalls’ ongoing efforts to further educate and raise awareness of fire hazards in the workplace.
Held last February 15, the seminar highlighted a diverse subject matter, including multiple types of fire, tips and recommendations for cleaning the kitchen exhaust system of the tenant, deploying a fire extinguisher, and other fire safety information.
Speakers from the Angeles City Bureau of Fire Protection Team, led by SFOs Randolf P. Gulapa, Adrian A. Aguilar, and Paul Bryan A. Peralta, shared their expertise in the field.
A series of “Fire Prevention and Safety Seminars” with an emphasis on common fire causes for commercial buildings like SM are scheduled to be conducted throughout the year. This will give the participants, tenants and employees the adequate training, fundamental knowledge, and practical skills in fire prevention and mitigation, allowing them to work safely and efficiently.
