SM Malls distribute Christmas cheer to Central Luzon communities

At SM City Pampanga’s Amphitheater, Andrea Madlangbayan-Rodriguez, Regional Operations Manager for NL4, helped spread Christmas cheer.

SM Supermalls in Central Luzon spread Christmas cheer as it held simultaneous gift-giving activities on December 13.

Through its charity arm SM Foundation Inc. (SMFI), SM Supermalls distributed more than 2,000 Christmas packs all over the region to kickstart a special project that aims to bring happiness and hope to families in communities around SM malls.

In Pampanga, at least 1,700 food packs were distributed.

SM City Clark distributed 500 food packs in Brgy. Diaz Porac, Sitio, Haduan, and Sitio Calapi Mabalacat, in partnership with Philippine Air Force, Basa Air Base.

SM City Pampanga, SM City Telabastagan, SM City San Fernando Downtown, and SM Savemore Apalit Telabastagan, distributed food packs in Barangays Masamat, Lagundi, Telabastagan, San Jose, Maimpis, Calulut, and San Juan.

At least 300 chosen beneficiaries from Sitio Balas, Brgy. San Roque, Tarlac City received food packs from SM City Tarlac. Another 300 were distributed by SM City Cabanatuan employees at the Bulwagan ng Katutubo (Aeta community) in Sitio Bacao, Palayan City.

Christmas Cheers were distributed in Calibutbut, Covered Court, with the assistance of Lana Erroba, Mall Manager of SM City Telabastagan.

SM Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo gave 300 packs to residents of Brgy. East Tapinac and Brgy. East Bajac Bajac, while another 200 packs were given for Brgy. Pagasa and Brgy. New Asinan.

The gift-giving is part of SM Supermalls’ efforts to support communities and sectors in need especially persons with disabilities, senior groups, urban poor, and indigenous people.
