115 PRO3 newly promoted officers take oath

CAMP OLIVAS — Some 115 newly promoted PNP personnel of the Police Regional Office 3 on Tuesday took their oath at the PRO3 Parade Grounds here.

The oath taking, mass pinning and donning of ranks of the newly promoted police commissioned officers and non-commissioned officers were led by PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen.

“Your promotion signifies not only the recognition of your excellent service to the PNP but more importantly, the bigger responsibilities that you have to hold in order to help attain our mission.

 “Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams. Do not cling to corruption, do not engage in illegal activities. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang Pilipino,” Pasiwen said in his speech.

The event was held simultaneously in all PPOs/CPOs regionwide where a total of 3,179 PRO personnel advanced to the next higher rank.

Amomg those promoted are Capt. Silvestre Colanza, deputy chief of Bagac police and PCMS Jewelle Rivera of RPIO3.
