CAMP LT. TOMAS J PEPITO, ANGELES CITY — Angeles City police commander Col. Juritz Rara reported the arrest of two high value targets in this city.
Rara identified the suspect as Sherwin Yanga, 31, of Purok 4, Bgy. Amsic, Angeles City and Edmar Tabilaran, 28, of Bgy Pandan, Angeles City.
Rara said members of the Angeles City Police Station 2 led by Lt. Welvin Dumrique conducted a buy-bust operation near the Angeles Water District in Bgy. Lourdes Northwest which led to the arrest of the two suspects, who yielded an improvised firearm loaded with two .45 live bullets, illegal drugs valued at P26,520 and the marked money.
The suspects will be charged with violation of RA 9165.
Rara vowed that the Angeles City police will continue in its unwavering efforts to eradicate illegal drugs in the city.
