Bases Conversion and Development Authoriy president and CEO Engr Joshua “Jake” M. Bingcang was honored today in Angeles City.
The Sangguniang Panlungsod presented him with a resolution, expressing pride as members welcomed the recent appointment of Bingcang, a Kapampangan, as BCDA top honcho.
Principally sponsored by Councilor Jay Sangil, the resolution recognized the roles and tasks he performed in the planning and implementation of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway, the New Clark City and the new passenger terminal of Clark International Airport.
It stated, “The roles performed by Engr. Bingcang are but a manifestation of his commitment to progress that also helps guarantee that Angeles City will always be considered in parallel development.”
Bingcang has assured members of the SP headed by Vice Mayor Vicky Vega that BCDA will support further developments in Angeles City and the Metro Clark.
