Malacanang has announced the appointment of Engr. Joshua “Jake” Bingcang as Acting President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bases Conversion Development Authority.
His appointment was posted today June 4, 2023 on the FB account of the Presidential Communications Office, along with few other new appointees.
Bingcang was a Senior Vice President at the BCDA until his appointment in March this year as president and CEO of the Clark International Airport Corp, another government owned and controlled corporation.
An engineer by profession, Bingcang has handled various programs and projects in BCDA that includes SCTEX, the Subic-Clark Railway Project and many others.
Only recently, Bingcang served as guest in Pampanga Press Club’s News@Hues where he underscored the partnership with LIPAD, a provate consortium that runs the Clark International Airport.
Originally from Mexico, Pampanga, his appointment is welcomed by many local business and government leaders.
