A decapitated male body was found dumped near a river in Angeles City on Sunday.
The Angeles City police was informed that a decapitated body of a still unidentified man was discovered lying at the edge of the Abacan River in Jaoville, Bgy. Pandan.
Police described the suspect as 5’7’ in height, medium built and wearing a Fubu sando and gray shorts. His clothes were blood-soaked and his hands tied with a nylon cord, police said.
The SOCO was requested to process the crime scene and police are now conducting an investigation to identify the victim.
