ANGELES CITY — The De La Salle Alumni Association-Pampanga Chapter (DLSAA-Pampanga) and the Abacan River and Angeles Watershed Advocacy Council Inc. (ARAW-ACI) signed a Memorandum of Agreement for the former’s adoption of a 1-hectare planting site at the Angeles City watershed in Barangay Sapangbato here.
The MOA signing was led by DLSAA-Pampanga Chapter President and acting Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) OIC President and CEO Darwin Cunanan (second from right), ARAW-ACI Vice President Alfonso “Sonny” Dobles Jr. and the Kapatirang Aetas ng Angeles-Porac para sa Kalikasan at Agrikultura (KAAPKA) represented by Henry Pan.
The effort is the alumni group’s contribution to the Angeles Watershed Rehabilitation Program (AWRP) of the Angeles City Local Government and ARAW-ACI. Witnessing the signing is Angeles City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Chief Archie Lazatin. (CIAC-CCO)
