CAMP OLIVAS — A foreigner was arrested by authorities for domestic violence in Mabalacat City on Saturday morning, September 24.
Ma Yichun, 24, Chinese national and currently residing at The Sharp Clarkhills, Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City was arrested by authorities after his live-in partner alias “Emma”, 24, high school graduate, of Sta. Rita, Purok 4, Concepcion, Tarlac reported to authorities that she was physically abused by the former.
Initial investigation revealed that the victim refused to eat with Yichun, which agitated the latter. The suspect then strangled her neck, dragged her to the room and threw her on the wall.
Appropriate charges for Violation of RA 9262 is already being prepared against the suspect for court referral.
