Hilton Clark chefs to showcase skills at Philippine Culinary Cup 2023

CLARK – A team of 18 chefs from the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort will be displaying their culinary prowess and creativity across 17 categories in the Philippine Culinary Cup 2023, to be held at the SMX Convention Center in Manila from August 2 to 5, 2023.

The Philippine Culinary Cup provides Filipino chefs with an internationally recognized platform to refine their craft and showcase their exceptional talents.

Competing for Hilton Clark are Alfred Icban and Alvin David (Filipino Challenge); Team 1-Jenny Punzalan, Ralph Ascano, and Elliott Dulay and Team 2-Diego Nunag, John Joseph Ibanez, and Bienvenido Sardoma (Dream Team Challenge); Justine dela Paz and Joshua Dayan (Young Chefs Challenge); Arianne Reyes and Justine dela Paz (Amuse Bouche); Michael James Mejos (US Beef and US Pork); John Joseph Ibanez (US Lamb and Plant Based-Savory); Joshua Dayan (US Poultry); Herwin Puni (Pasta); Marco Tuazon (Creative Breakfast); Franz Schneider Bogabong (Sous Vide); Alfred Icban (French Touch-Savory); Arnulfo Trinidad (Wedding Cakes and French Touch-Pastry); Darwin Bejemino (Bread Showpiece); and Michael Salmorin (Plant Based Dessert).
