A man was found floating at the Abacan River in Bgy. Pandan, Angeles City.
The Angeles police said Joel Abandia 46, a native of Muson, Taytay, Rizal and resident of Purok 3 Sitio Maligaya, Brgy. Pulung Maragul, Angeles City, reported to them about the incident.
Immediately, a police team went to the area and found a man, wearing a green T-shirt and brown shorts, floating facing downward in the river.
Police are now investigating the identity of the victim.
