Councilor Krizzanel “Winwin” Garbo, festival chairperson, leads the ribbon cutting ceremony to start of celebration of the Caragan Festival at Xevera, Tabun, Mabalacat City. Joining her is June Magbalot, festival director.
The weeklong event includes an art and photo exhibit, tiangge, car and motorcycle display, showcase of agri products, among others. The highlight will be a modified Caragan dance contest and street dance, and Queen Mabalacat pageant.
As shown on photo, strict health protocols will be enforced as ordered by Mayor Crisostomo Garbo.
