Pampanga Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia ‘Nanay’ Pineda show support for the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Clark Development Corporation (CDC) in ceremonies held at Clark Visitors’ Center on Wednesday, Feb 22.
