PRO3 activates Media Action Center

As part of the intensified preparations for the upcoming 2025 National and Local Elections on May 12, 2025, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) has formally activated the Media Action Center (MAC) to ensure orderly, safe, and fair elections in the region.

PBGen Jean S. Fajardo, Regional Director of PRO3, led the opening of the Media Action Center in support of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)’s aspiration to strengthen the democratic process and maintain peace and order in Central Luzon.

“Ang pagbubukas ng PRO3 Media Action Center ay malinaw na patunay ng aming walang sawang dedikasyon sa pagpapanatili ng katahimikan at kaayusan habang sinisigurong may transparency at bukas na ugnayan sa pagitan ng kapulisan at mamamayan lalo na ngayong panahon ng halalan,” PBGen Fajardo said.

The PRO3 Media Action Center will serve as a central information hub for members of the media and the public who wish to obtain official information, ask questions, or report incidents related to the elections. This aims to accelerate the flow of correct, timely, and accurate information from the ranks of the police force.

Aside from the regional headquarters, the provincial and city police offices under PRO3 also activated their respective Media Action Centers. These are led by designated personnel who will serve 24/7 to receive questions, complaints, and reports from the public and the media.

PRO3 assured that it will partner with the public and the media in ensuring peaceful and orderly elections throughout Central Luzon.
