MABALACAT CITY – Two Mabalaquenian beauty queens – Kyline Celine Dorado Laughead and Francine Miclat – were recognized by the city government for winning the 2022 Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga.
Laughead, a resident of Barangay Dau, was crowned as the grand winner of the Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga while Miclat of Barangay Madapdap was the 2nd runner up.
Laughead will represent Pampanga in the upcoming Mutya Pilipinas 2022.
The two beauty queens were lauded by Mayor Crisostomo Garbo during the city’s flag raising ceremony at the city hall in Xevera on Monday, August 1.
The 2022 Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga coronation night was held last May 13 at The Orchid Gardens Resort Complex, City of San Fernando.
