The city government of Mabalacat, through the City Planning and Development Office has been recognized by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Community Based Monitoring System (CBMS) for its outstanding commitment and support to the implementation of the 2022 CBMS.
The plaque of recognition underscores the dedication and hard work of the LGU and Mabalacat City residents.
The city’s commitment to using reliable data for implementing development strategies has helped create a model for local governance that is inclusive, progressive, and citizen-centric.
Mayor Cris Garbo expressed his heartfelt thanks to the PSA, CBMS, the LGU, and most importantly, the residents of Mabalacat City.
“This honor belongs to each and every Mabalaquenian. Your unwavering faith, active participation, and continuous support have made this achievement possible. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Let’s keep striving together to make Mabalacat City the best place to live, to work, and to dream,” Garbo said.
