The San Jose Panlumacan Bridge in Barangay San Jose in the Pampanga capital of San Fernando has been removed of properties blocking it in last six years. Mayor Vilma Caluag resolved the right-of-way problem in a month’s time by getting parties to resume negotiations. The bridge gives safe passage to students and motorists, easing heavy traffic also.
